CURRENTLY OPEN: Please note that we’re currently taking submissions (poetry/short fiction/creative nonfiction) for Issue 01 – (unlabeled) through April 30th, 2026. Additionally, we accept year-round submission either for publication on our blog, or for deferral for a future issue of Not Quite Right. The piece selected as “Best In Issue” will be awarded a $50 Visa gift card.
Before submitting, please take a moment to review our Submission Guidelines and the current issue theme (if applicable). We’re especially interested in work that engages meaningfully with the theme when submitting to a specific issue.
